Story Excerpt

Claire has no answers about where Chuck is or what is happening. The police are no use. So she decides to investigate herself. She spends most of the day getting nowhere, but then a chance visit to her bank reveals the starting breadcrumb that leads her down the trail to the truth. Once she understands everything that’s happened to Chuck she makes a plan to go find him. But first she has to tell the girls and invite them along. Will any of them choose to come? Can anyone possibly forgive Chuck for what he has done?
