  • Any depiction — real or fictional, direct or implied — involving individuals under the age of 18 in a sexual context. This includes characters who are portrayed, described, or perceived as minors, regardless of whether explicit acts occur. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy on this matter.
  • Scatological or feces-related content in text, imagery, or cover art
  • Non-fiction or confessional material — InfiniteTaboo is exclusively a fiction platform
  • Unlicensed, AI-generated imagery or undisclosed AI-created content
  • Plagiarism, copyright infringement, or impersonation of other creators

Content that violates these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any unpaid royalties.

🩸 The Horror Section

In addition to erotica, InfiniteTaboo hosts a dedicated Horror section. This category allows for broader thematic range and creative exploration, including:

  • Depictions of violence, psychological trauma, gore, and other dark elements typically found in adult horror fiction
  • Thematic content that would not be suitable in erotica (e.g., unsettling transformations, ambiguous morality, or supernatural horror involving disturbing imagery)

However, the Horror section is not exempt from our core ethical standards. It must still:

  • Exclude any erotic or sexualized depiction of minors
  • Avoid promotion of real-world: hate, abuse, or glorification of harm
  • Remain clearly fictional and over 18

We reserve the right to reclassify, restrict, or reject submissions based on content, tone, or potential impact on the community and our publishing standards. The InfiniteTaboo editorial and compliance team make final decisions on classification and publication.

4. AI-Generated Content Policy

  • AI-generated stories are allowed only if human-reviewed and edited before submission.
  • AI-generated images must be accompanied by valid commercial licensing.
  • Failure to disclose AI use may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

5. Financial Terms

  • Authors retain 100% of net earnings after processing fees.
  • Authors who have accumulated a total of $599 will be required to submit U.S. tax documentation.
  • Coin-based purchases can be redeemed once the payout feature is fully functional (in development).

6. Account Termination and Royalty Forfeiture

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or misuse of the platform. In such cases, any accrued royalties may be forfeited at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

You affirm that all uploaded content is either original to you or used with appropriate license. You grant Infinite a non-exclusive license to distribute, market, and display your content on our platform and affiliated networks.

8. Limitation of Liability

All services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind.
Our liability is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the total amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. We will publish the revised version on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
